Parvatagirisvarar Cave Temple is a Hindu Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva, located in Kunnandarkoil Village in Kulathur Taluk in Pudukottai District of Tamil Nadu, India. Presiding deity is called as Parvatagirisvarar / Thiru Kundrakudi Mahadevar and Mother is called as Umayambigai / Manjal Nayaki. This temple complex is protected as monuments of national importance by the central Archaeological Survey of India.

The temple is located at about 10 Kms from Killukkottai, 13 Kms from Keeranur, 14 Kms from Keeranur Railway Station, 15 Kms from Kulathur, 20 Kms from Gandarvakkottai, 33 Kms from Pudukkottai, 37 Kms from Trichy Airport and 47 Kms from Trichy. The temple is situated on Pudukkottai to Killukkottai route. Buses are available from Keeranur and Pudukottai.
