Palani Murugan Temple – Rakkala Mada Vinayagar Temple

Palani Murugan Temple – Rakkala Mada Vinayagar Temple
In the temple of Sadhu Swamigal, real peacocks strut and dance. Observing it we pass on to find a roofless Vinayagar. The Sadhu Swamigal's Annadana Samaja Madam comes next. Then a Vinayaga temple is located. The Haulage winch is opposite.
Nearby is Rakkala Vinayagar. A look at him will convince that he is a rich deity. He is cared by Nagarattars charity mutt. Like the mutt, the temple also is very prosperous. A brass arch, two small festival idols and a Mooshikha of the size of a real Mooshikha are all seen here. There is a mandapa for tonsure ceremony.
Opposite to him is the sixth peacock mandapa. Those who enter in the winch worship him before they start; Rakkala Vinayagar gives protection at night also.
