Thirunokkiya Azhagiyanathar Temple is a Hindu Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva located at Thiruppachethi Town in Thiruppuvanam Taluk in Sivaganga District of Tamil Nadu. Presiding deity is called as Thirunokkiya Azhagiyanathar / Vanmeeganathar / Parijathavaneswarar / Chakravartheeswarar / Lakshmi Varada Sundareswarar and Mother is called as Marunokkum Poonguzhali. The temple is situated on the southern bank of Vaigai river.

History
The temple is believed to be built in 7th century CE by the Pandyas. The temple is under the administrative control of Sivagangai Samasthanam Devasthanam.

situated on Madurai to Manamadurai route. Buses from Madurai to Manamadurai,
Paramakudi, Ramanathapuram, and Rameswaram pass through Thiruppachethi. The
temple is situated very close to Thiruppachethi Bus Stand.
