It is located in Thirunangur, a small village, 10 km away from Sirkali, on the way to Thiruvenkadu. The temple has a small shrine with Vimanam. The shrine houses the granite image of Gopalakrishna and the his consorts Rukmini and Sathya Bhama on either sides. Gopalakrishna is sported in standing posture with his consorts Rukmini and Sathyabama and holding a cow with a rope in his left hand. The name of the consort in a separate shrine is Madavaragal Mangai and Sengamala Nachiar. The Utsavar is called Rajagopalan. It is First and one among the Thirunangur Thirupathi's.











Moolavar:
The Moolavar of this Divyadesam is Sri Gopala Krishnan (Also known as Rajagopalan). He is giving his Seva Nindra (Standing) Thirukkolam facing his thirumugham towards east direction. Prathyaksham is given for Vishwaksenar (Senai Thalaivar) and Rudran.
Thayaar:
The Thayaar found in this sthalam is Madavaral Mangai. She is also called with the name Sengamala Naachiyaar.
