Jambukeswarar Temple is dedicated to Hindu God Shiva located at Sembakkam Village in Kanchipuram District of Tamilnadu. Presiding Deity is called as Jambukeswarar and Mother is called as Azhagambigai. Sembakkam village is situated about 45 kms from Chennai. It lies on the road connecting Thiruporur (OMR) and Chengalpattu and at about 7 kms while going from Thiruporur. There is an arch on the left side of the road, indicating the direction to the temple. The temple is about 1 km from the main road.

It is an ideal environment for a peaceful worship. It is believed that doing Kundalini Yoga and other yoga/meditations under the big and beautiful Sthala vruksha tree here will give a spiritual uplift since Siddhars lived here and they are still visiting the place to do pooja during midnights. It is considered as the Temple of Water God and called Vada Thiruvanaikka in relation to Then Thiruvanaikka near Srirangam, Trichy.
