Cottage belongs to some members of the Danish Tranquebar Association. It is a
colonial Indian house built during 18th century and it is changed to
cottage in 1955. The Indian house style is kept intact. This cottage provides a cozy
homestay experience that offers accommodation to Danish students. Tharangampadi
is located at about 283 kms (176 miles) from the state capital Chennai and 30 kms from
Mayiladuthurai, in Nagapattinam District. Nearest Railway Station is located at
Mayiladuthurai & Nearest Airport is located at Trichy.
