Thirukkadigai, Sholinghur – The Temple
This Divyadesam is a complex of three temples, one at ground level, one at 750 feet high hill, enshrining Yoga Narasimhar and another at 350 feet high smaller hill, enshrining Yoga Anjaneyar. Yoga Narasimha Swamy Temple, Adhikesava Perumal Temple and Yoga Anjaneyar Temple are a group of three temples and known in Tamil as Big Hill Temple, Small Hill Temple and Town Temple. Both in Periya and Chinna malai, the Perumal - Sri Yoga Narasimhar and Sri Yoga Anjaneyar are found in Yoga Stage.







This is one of the 108 Divya Desams of Lord Vishnu consecrated by Peyalvar, Tirumangai Alvar, Sriman Nathamunigal, Thirukachi Nambikal, Sri Ramanujar and Sri Manavaala Mamunigal. The consecration of the temple was performed during September 2010 at a cost of Rs 25 crore and the foundation for rope car facility was also inaugurated. No Sthala Vriksha is at Big Hill. In Town Temple, there was a Parijatha Tree sometime back. There is a Temple Tree (Ashoka Tree) at Small Hill adjoining to the tank.







Temple management has facilities for Tonsure, Dress change and Wash facilities at Thakkan Kulam (Amirtha Theertham). On the other side of the Pond, Sri Varadaraja Swamy temple is there. Foot hill of Periya Malai (Big hill) is almost one Km from Thakkan Kulam. Plenty of share autos are available. Good facilities are made available by the Temple management for Car parking and toilets for Devotees.
