This is also one of the main temple in Thirumazhisai. It is very close to Jagannatha temple. The temple is facing east with a 5 tier Rajagopuram. Palipeedam and Dwajasthambam are immediately after the Rajagopuram. Presiding Deity is called as Veetrirundha Perumal. He is housed in the sanctum along with his consorts Sridevi and Bhoodevi. Here Lord Vishnu grants darshan with Ashtalakshmis – four Lakshmis on the crown on all four sides, two Lakshmis i.e Sridevi And Bhudevi on either side.

Also, the chakra in the right hand and feet on lotus flower is similar to Venkatesa Perumal in Tirupati. Vishvaksena, Veetrirundha Perumal, Varadharaja Perumal, Kakkaathar, Vaishnavi are the niche idols around the sanctum. Mother is called as Shenbagavalli. The temple has a special shrine for Thirumazhisai Alwar who was born in Thirumazhisai.

Shrines for Anjaneyar – facing north (it was believed that worshiping Anjaneyar will be relieved from debts, fever related deceases, obstacles for the marriage, etc..), Chakkarathalwar, Lakshmi Narasimhar, Andal, Vedanta Desikar, Thirumazhisai Piran, and Alwars can be found in the prakaram. Adjoining the main shrine in the temple, there is a newly-built shrine for Vinaya Anjaneya Swamy facing the north; he is called Varahamukha. A Spacious mandapam has been built for the Convenience of the devotees.

This Anjaneya is a varaprasadi who fulfills the wishes of devotees. Regular and devoted worship has reduced the various kinds of sufferings of many persons. People narrate positive results experienced as a result of praying at the shrine. At the entrance to the main temple stands a tall idol of Anjaneya Swamy carrying the Sanjeevi Parvatham. People who visit Jagannatha Perumal go to this temple and get the blessings of lord Veetrirundha Perumal and lord Hanuman.
