Draupathi Amman Temple is a Hindu Temple dedicated to Goddess Draupathi, wife of Pancha Pandavas, located at Melur Town in Madurai District of Tamilnadu. Bheeman – Keesakan fight and Pookkuli Festival are the famous festivals celebrated here. In the first event, one person will be acting as Bheeman and another will act as Keesakan. Keesakan tries to run away from Bheema, and the latter will chase him and kill him. On the Pookkuli (walking on ignited coals) festival, devotees who have offered prayers to the goddess will perform fire walking.

The Temple is located at about 600 meters from Melur Corporation Bus Stand, 10 Kms from Thiruvathavur, 29 Kms from Madurai, 31 Kms from Periyar Bus Stand, 24 Kms from Mattuthavani Integrated Bus Terminus, 30 Kms from Madurai Railway Junction and 39 Kms from Madurai International Airport.
