Vaidyanathar Temple is a Hindu Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva located in Kodukkur Village near Virudhachalam Town in Virudhachalam Taluk in Cuddalore District of Tamil Nadu. Presiding Deity is called as Vaidyanathar and Mother is called as Asalambigai.

The Temple
This Temple is facing towards east. Nandi and Balipeedam can been found facing the sanctum. Presiding Deity is called as Vaidyanathar and is facing east. He is housed in the sanctum in the form of Lingam. There are no Koshta Idols located around the sanctum walls except Lingodbhava.  Mother is called as Asalambigai. She is housed in a separate east facing shrine. Her shrine is situated to the left side of the sanctum. There is a big common Mandapam in front of the sanctum and Mother Shrine. A Big Vinayaga can be found in the Mandapam. There are shrines for Murugan and Vinayaga in the Temple premises.

The Temple is located at about 100 meters from Mannampadi Bus Stop, 10 Kms from Virudhachalam, 11 Kms from Virudhachalam Bus Stand, 11 Kms from Virudhachalam Railway Station, 73 Kms from Cuddalore, 124 Kms from Trichy Airport, 224 Kms from Chennai Airport and 245 Kms from Chennai. The Temple is situated on Virudhachalam to Salem Route.
