Thirukolanatha Swamy Temple, Thirukolakudi, Sivaganga
Thirukolanatha Swamy Temple is a Hindu Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva located in Thirukolakudi Village in Thirupathur Taluk in Sivaganga District of Tamil Nadu. This Temple is situated in the western limits of Thirukolakudi Village. This Temple complex consists of three major Shiva Shrines in three levels and a Murugan Shrine. Three Shiva Shrines at different levels resembles the concept of Bhumi (Shrine at Foot Hills), Antharam (Shrine at the mid of the Hills) and Swargam (Shrine at the Hill top). The Temple is considered as Thevara Vaippu Sthalam as Devaram hymns had a mention about this Temple. This Temple is considered equivalent to Kailasha. The place was called as Natranam in ancient times.

10 days Aani Festival, Margazhi Thiruvadhirai, Thai Poosam, Shivaratri, Pradosham, Sankatahara Chathurthi and Pournami are celebrated here with much pomp and glory.
Literary Mention
The Temple is considered as Thevara Vaippu Sthalam as Devaram hymns sung by Sundarar had a mention about this Temple. The Temple is mentioned in 7th Thirumurai in 38th Patikam in 4th Song.

The Temple is located at about 3 Kms from Rangiyam, 3.5 Kms from Sevur, 12 Kms from Ponnamaravathi, 16 Kms from Thirumayam, 18 Kms from Thirumayam Railway Station, 22 Kms from Tirupattur, 32 Kms from Pudukkottai, 37 Kms from Karaikudi, 59 Kms from Sivaganga and 91 Kms from Madurai Airport. The Temple can be reached via Rangiyam from Pudukottai and via Sevur from Thirupathur.
