Mullaivaneshwarar
Temple is a Hindu Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva located at Mullaivasal in
Thiruvarur District of Tamilnadu. Presiding Deity is called as Mullaivaneshwarar
and Mother is called as Karpagavalli. The Temple is facing east and belonged to
Chola Period. Shrines for Maha Ganapathy, Kailasanathar, Akilandeswari, Chandikeswarar
and Valli Devasena Samedha Muruga can be found in the prakaram. There are two
Chandikeswarar in the Temple.
Idols of
Maha Kaali and Bhairavar can be found in the north-eastern corner of the
