Prasanna Venkatachalapathy Temple is a Hindu Temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu located at Gunaseelam in Trichy District of Tamilnadu. It is located on the banks of river Kollidam. This Temple is one of the Abhimana Kshetrams of Lord Vishnu located on the banks of River Cauvery. It is believed that visit to this temple (South Thirupathi) brings abundance of pieties equivalent to Thirupathi Balaji of Andhra Pradesh. The temple has six daily rituals at various times from 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., and three yearly festivals on its calendar. The annual Brahmotsavam (prime festival) is an eleven-day festival attended by thousands of devotees from far and near.

A visit to the temple is believed to be a curative to the mentally challenged people, who are taken to the temple and kept in the temple premises for 48 days. At the end of the 48 days it is believed that their illness is cured by the grace of the presiding deity, Prasanna Venkatachalapathy. The temple has set up a mental health rehabilitation centre that has the official stamp of the Tamil Nadu Government license, the first of its kind in Tamil Nadu. The temple is maintained by a hereditary executive trustee.

Those suffering from impaired vision, physical disabilities, depression and mental problems pray for remedy in the temple. People also seek mental peace. Devotees perform Tirumanjanam to Lord. Pilgrims with mental illnesses, stay here for 48 days, worship the deity and partake of the prasadam (holy offering) from the temple. They believe that this will cure them. The Thirumanjanam (ablution) ceremony is performed every day in the Gunaseelam Temple and the water is distributed to devotees as a curative elixir.

Tiruvelukkai located in Kanchipuram in the South Indian state of Tamilnadu, is dedicated to the Hindu god Vishnu. Constructed in the Dravidian style of architecture, the temple is glorified in the Divya Prabandha, the early medieval Tamil canon of the Azhwar saints from the 6th–9th centuries AD. It is one of the 108 Divyadesam dedicated to Vishnu, who is worshipped as Azhagiya Singar and his consort Lakshmi as Amruthavalli.

The temple is believed to have been built by the Pallavas of the late 8th century AD, with later contributions from Cholas and Vijayanagar kings. The temple has three inscriptions on its walls, two dating from the period of Kulothunga Chola I (1070–1120 CE) and one to that of Rajadhiraja Chola (1018-54 CE). A granite wall surrounds the temple, enclosing all the shrines and two bodies of water. There is a four-tiered Rajagopuram, the temple's gateway tower, in the temple.

Azhagiya Singar is believed to have appeared to slay Hiranya, the demon king. Six daily rituals and three yearly festivals are held at the temple, of which the Krishna Janmashtami festival, celebrated during the Tamil month of Aavani (August–September), being the most prominent. The temple is maintained and administered by the Hindu Religious and Endowment Board of the Government of Tamil Nadu.

According to scriptures, Lord granted darshan to sage Brugu from under the Kanaka Vimana facing east.  Saint Peyazhwar in his hymns praises this shrine equal to that of Lord Uppiliappan and temples of Kumbakonam and Tirupathi.  Vaishnava Acharya Sri Mahadesikan had praised Perumal in his celebrated Kamasikashtakam.  It is believed that chanting this Sloka daily will bring in tallest benefits of the blessings of Lord Narasimha. The shrine is also known as Kamashika Narasimha Sannadhi.

This Divya Desam is located in Kanchipuram 1 km south west of Ashtabujakaram, which is a mile west of Varadaraja Perumal temple. It is in the vicinity of Tirutanka. This is one of the celebrated 108 Divya Desam of Perumal and it is ranked 46. The Perumal of this temple is "Azhagiya Singar or "Mukuntha Nayakan". Moolavar in found in Yoga Position facing east. Mangalasasanam done by Thirumangai Alwar (1 Paasuram) and Peyazhwar(3 Paasuram).

The temple is just a kilometer far from Kancheepuram bus stop. This temple is situated South of Tiruththanka and about ½ km West of Ashtabujakaram Temple, Kanchipuram.

Thirunaraiyur Nambi Temple is a Hindu Temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu, located in Nachiyar Koil in the outskirts of Kumbakonam Town in Kumbakonam Taluk in Thanjavur District of Tamil Nadu. Thirunaraiyur is famously known as Nachiyar Koil. Presiding Deity is called as Thirunaraiyur Nambi / Vasudeva Perumal / Srinivasa Perumal and Mother is called as Vanjula Valli Thayar. The temple is glorified in the Divya Prabandha, the early medieval Tamil canon of the Alvar saints from the 6^th – 9^th centuries AD.

It is considered as one of the 108 Divyadesams to Lord Vishnu and has been praised by Thirumangai Azhwar in over hundred hymns. This Temple is the only Vaishnavite temple built by Kochengata Chola in Mada Kovil type. The temple follows the Thenkalai mode of worship. The Temple is considered as one of the nine Vaishnava Navagraha Temples of Tamil Nadu and is associated with the planet Mars (Sevvai). The temple is maintained and administered by the Hindu Religious and Endowment Board of the Government of Tamil Nadu.

The temple is believed to have been built by Kochengat Cholan of the late 3^rd century AD, with later contributions from Medieval Cholas, Pandyas and Vijayanagar kings. He is believed to have built 70 Mada temples dedicated to Lord Shiva and Thirunaraiyur is the only Vishnu temple constructed by him. Recognizing this, Thiru Mangai has dedicated 10 verses in praise of Ko Chenganan. The temple is maintained and administered by the Hindu Religious and Endowment Board of the Government of Tamilnadu.
