Hindu Temples

TamilNadu proudly known as “Land of Temples” has nearly 33000 ancient temples. Among these, many are at least 800 – 1500 years old. It also possesses the fame of most popular and largest Hindu temples in India, scattered all over the state. All these temples are categorized under each district and are listed below:

1. Chennai

2. Salem

3. Sivagangai

4. Namakkal

5. Tirupur

6. Viluppuram

7. Thanjavur

8. Ramanathapuram

9. Kanchipuram


Note : This list grows. More and more districts and temples will be added.

very nice information regarding hindu temples,please add more districts so that we can see all temples detail under that particular district and area,like given in kanchipuram and thanjavur. please reply for when new districts are going to be added.thank you.
