Glenmorgan Dam
is located in picturesque Nilgiris Hills near Ooty Town in Ooty Taluk of
Nilgiris District of Tamilnadu. This dam is located deep inside a tea estate.
Glen Morgan is one of the best tourist spot in Ooty. Glenmorgan lake acts as
the fountain-head for the Pykara Power Plant. It is a very scenic waterbody
surrounded by the riches of nature. This place was not much familiar with the
tourists. If you want to visit the Power station, you should get permission
from EB department. Otherwise you can enjoy the beautiful view of dam,
mountain, tea estate and adventure trekking.

34 Kms from Ooty Railway Station, 53 Kms from Coonoor, 63 Kms from Kotagiri, 84
Kms from Mettupalayam Railway Station and 129 Kms from Coimbatore Airport.
