All the buses operating in the famous 70 Route, which runs from Avadi to Tambaram through CMBT serves residents of Thirumullaivoyal. Some of the important routes include 70, 70A, B70, D70 EXTN, and 77. All the buses from Koyambedu to Avadi and Pattabiram passes through this Place. The temple is 1 KM off main road, after famous Pachaiamman Temple. Thirumullaivoyal is situated at about 16 Kms from the Koyambedu Bus Terminus, Chennai. It is on the Chennai to Thiruvallur route.
