Nilathingal Thundam Perumal Temple is a Hindu Temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu, located inside Kanchipuram Ekambareswarar Temple in Kanchipuram Town in Kanchipuram District of Tamil Nadu. The Temple is also called as Chandrasoodeswarar Perumal Temple. The shrine is situated to the north east of Ekambareswarar shrine within the inner prakara of the Ekambareswarar Temple. This Temple is the only temple of Lord Vishnu where the poojas are done by the Saivite priests.
The temple is glorified in the Divya Prabandha, the early medieval Tamil canon of the Azhwar saints from the 6th–9th centuries AD. It is one of the 108 Divyadesam dedicated to Vishnu, who is worshiped as Nilathingal Thunda Perumal and his consort Lakshmi as Nilathingal Thunda Nayagi. The temple is maintained and administered by the Hindu Religious and Endowment Board of the Government of Tamil Nadu.

Prayers
Those suffering from skin and stomach diseases and any adverse evil effects and excessive heat in the body pray to Lord Vishnu and for child boon. Lord darshan also ensures affinity between mother and son. Devotees perform Thailakappu-an application with perfumed oil, pujas. Some do poor feeding. Worshipping Lord Ekambareswarar and Lord Nilathunda Perumal together would promote more affection between brothers and sisters, it is advised.
