Tiruvalleeswarar Temple, Tiruvalidhaayam, Padi –
Connectivity
This temple is located at Padi in Chennai (12 Kms from
Chennai Central Station) and is well connected by town buses from every part of
Chennai city. This temple is located at Padi on the Chennai - Avadi Main Road
near Lucas TVS Factory at Padi and is about 1/2 Kms inside from the main road. This
temple is also located very close to Anna Nagar west and can be easily accessed
from the Padi Main Road.
By Road:
The Temple is located at about 6 Kms from the Koyambedu
Bus Terminus on the Chennai to Thiruvallur route. The temple is also near
the bus terminus of west Anna nagar. This temple is well connected by town
buses from every part of Chennai city. Lot of buses are available to reach
this temple from Koyambedu. One must get down at Lucas TVS bus stop at Padi and
walk ahead for about 100 meters to reach Padavettu Amman Temple. The
perpendicular road opposite to Padavettu Amman Temple leads us to
Tiruvalleeswarar temple.
The temple is around 1 km away from the TVS-Lucas bus
stop. When we travel from ICF over the new flyover towards Avadi there is a
small road on the left after a Kalyana Mahal as soon as you descend from the
flyover, you can see the Padavettu Amman temple on the right take the
left turn here and travel for half a kilometer you can see the temple on
the right.
