· Chithirai Brahmmotsavam in
April-May is celebrated with much fanfare here. There will be a car festival
for Lord Shiva and Sakthi.

Jupiter(Guru) transit days is another is very famous
here as this Sthalam is considered as Guru Parihara Sthalam. Pradoshams are
also observed here regularly.
