The special first class rooms in the Dhandapani Nilayam
have been given a face lift with laying of Vitrified tiles, provision of air
conditioning and solar heater at a cost of Rs.1 Crore.
The first class rooms in Dhandapani Nilayam are to be
renovated at a cost of Rs.1 Crore with 25 % of the rooms are going to be air
conditioned. Previous system of booking rooms in advance of three days and
paying double the rent for those days during festival seasons has now been
abolished and normal booking system has been introduced.
