Shri
Krishna Pranami Mangal Mandir is situated at the eastern shores of Rameswaram
Island in Tamilnadu. This Mandir is devoted to Sri Krishna (Lord Vishnu) and
also houses an exhibition depicting the life of Lord Vishnu and also of Lord
Shiva. The entrance of this place has two huge sculptures of which one is young
Krishna raising Govardhana giri hill and the other Asuras (demons) and Devas
(gods) churning the sea using Vasuki (serpent king) to get Amrita.
An
exhibition depicting the lives of several incidents in the life of Lord Krishna
is also present here. Visitors should purchase a token to see this exhibition.
The sculpture at entrance of the Rameswaram Krishna Pranami temple
is spectacular. It is actually a Charity Trust maintained by private
organization and it has a Krishna Temple and an art gallery inside it
especially for visitors, pilgrims and tourists. Idols of Radha and Krishna
are inside this temple.

Krishnan Pranami Mangal Mandir in Rameswaram is located at 9°17'32.6"N
79°19'26.3"E or 9.292378, 79.323968. The art gallery audio, video
sessions are inside this temple (they charge 10 Rs per head to enter here). The
Tale of Krishna and Avatars of Vishnu were depicted here. It is located at a
distance of 1 Km from Rameswaram Temple and located near Sita theertham.
