Poomayee Amman Temple is located at Thenmaappattu Village near Thiruputhur town
in Sivaganga District of Tamilnadu. The Temple Rajagopuram and Kumbabishekam
was completed by Arumuga Pillai Family on 21st June 1981. Second Kumbabishekam
was done on 15th September, 1994 and Third Kumbabishekam was done on 31st
October, 2008.
