Vaikasi
car festival in May-June; Sri Rama Navami in March-April; Hanuman Jayanthi and
Krishna Jayanthi in August-September and Vaikunta Ekadasi in November-January
are the festivals celebrated in the temple. Festivals are celebrated in a grand
manner all through the year. The entire Naalaayira Divya Prabandham is recited
5times during the year including in Margazhi when it is recited twice.

Brahmotsavam in Vaikasi with processions on Sesha Vahana, Hamsa Vahana, Simha,
Gaja and Horse Vahana. Silver Garuda Seva also forms part of the Brahmotsavam
celebrations here. 10 days Sayana Utsavam - Oonjal Sevai will be celebrated in
Aani. 10 days Janmashtami will be celebrated in Aavani. Pavitrotsavam, Rama
Navami, Chaitrotsavam and Vasanthorsavam are also celebrated here at this
temple.

Garuda Seva in Thai when Lakshmi Narayana of 2nd Agraharam, Chinna
Tirupathi Perumal of Kannan Kurichi, Prasanna Venkatesan of Shevapet and Bhava
Narayanan of Sri Sailapuram join Sundararaja Perumal of this temple on a grand
procession along with Andal and Periya Azhvaar.
Sri
Vaikunta Ekadasi, Paramapadha Vaasal (Swarka Vaasal Door Opening) Utchavam is
very famous one. More than one lakh devotees would gather to worship the lord
on that one day itself.
