Manadu Ancient Temple Ruins, Thiruchendur, Thoothukudi
Manadu is the village on the state highway runs from Thiruchendur to Nagercoil, 12 Kms from Thiruchendur. It is an ancient village. It has many old temples. But only two temples are survived by time. They are Kaliyuga Varadhar Temple and Perumal temple in South Manadu. Panguni Uthiram is the festival celebrated by people coming from various parts of Tamilnadu.










These Temples are 1300 years Old. It is constructed by Pandiya kingdom. The Cheras and Pandyas emblems are shown in temple inner walls. Manadu is an Indian village in Tuticorin district near Thiruchendur above 12 km.
