Mahalingeswarar
Temple is dedicated to Hindu God Shiva located at Uthukadu Village near
Walajabad Town in Kanchipuram District of Tamilnadu. Presiding Deity is called as
Mahalingeswarar and Mother is called as Periyanayaki. Lord Mahalingeswarar
graces the devotees in Bana Linga form. The temple is open from 6.00 a.m.
to 10.00 a.m. and from 5.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. Besides observing the monthly
Pradoshams, the temple celebrates Maha Shivarathri in February-March grandly.
