Adhinathar Jain Temple is located at Thatchur Village in Thiruvannamalai District of Tamilnadu. Thatchur is located in between Arani and Devikapuram. This Temple belongs to 16th Century. The East facing Jinalaya consists of Garbhagriha, Arthamandapam, Mahamandapam & Mugamandapam pavilions. The open corridor around the vedi-block is enclosed by compound wall and entranceway.




The present Moolavar Shri Adhinathar, stone plate engraving has eight features itches indicate Samavasaran Jinar, Mukkudai, Shamara maids & singathana. At the southwest corner, Shri Brahmadevar shrine is located. Navagraha platform is located in the northern corridor. Two sets of foot-prints are laid in the southern corridor. One is to commemorate Shri Manicka nainar, native Jain, Sullak, demise on Sallehana virat, i.e. continuous fasting upto death.




Another set is for Shripalavarniji, Madathipathy of Jain mutt, Melsithamur, who was the follower of ascetic life for promoting the Jainism in Tamilnadu during his tenure. All poojas and rituals like, daily pooja, quarterly conducted Nantheeswara pooja, annual ceremonies of Mukkudai, Navarathri, Panchakalyan Festival and important Jain are celebrated here.
