Pundareega Varadaraja Perumal Temple is a Hindu Temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu located in Pulipakkam Village near Chengalpattu Town in Chengalpattu Taluk in Chengalpattu District of Tamil Nadu. Presiding Deity is called as Pundareega Varadaraja Perumal. The Temple is situated close to Pulipakkam Vyagrapureeswarar Temple.
The Temple
This Temple is facing towards east with an entrance arch. The entrance arch has stucco images of holy symbols of Vaishnavism (chakra, shanka and thiruman) flanked by Anjaneya and Garuda. The Temple covers an area of about 700 sq. feet. Garudazhwar can be found facing towards sanctum. The temple consists of sanctum, ardha mandapam and maha mandapam. Presiding Deity is called as Pundareega Varadaraja Perumal. He is housed in the sanctum along with this consorts Sridevi and Bhudevi.

from Chengalpattu Junction Railway Station, 34 Kms from Tambaram, 42 Kms from
Chennai Airport and 63 Kms from Chennai. The temple is situated on Chennai to
Chengalpattu route immediately after the tollgate on the right side. All the
buses from Chengalpattu to Tambaram will stop at Pulipakkam.
