Pallipakkam Kailasanathar Temple, Villupuram
Pallipakkam Kailasanathar Temple is an ancient Lord Shiva
temple near Tindivanam, Villupuram. It has got south gopuram and Goddess
Kamakshi Devi also facing south. South facing Ambal is supposed to be very
auspicious and a parihara sthalam.
It is located at 11 kms from Thozhuppedu (and 11 kms
before Tindivanam) and after the Vanniyar Sangam Trust College, a 1 km
diversion from the Highway to the left side will take us to the temple.
