Ancient Jain temple, Kolli Hills
Jain Temple in Kolli Hills is believed to be built
before thousands of years. Ancient Jain Temple in Kolli Hills is also called as
Samanar Jain Temple in Kolli Hills or Jain Temple in Kollimalai also. Most of
the Jain Devotees visiting this place are samanars sect of Jainism. Here we can
observe Jain Thirthankars Idols carved on the Kolli Hill Rocks.
The ancient Jain Temple located in Kolli Hills is also
called as Kolli Malai Jain Temple. Most of the Jain Devotees of Tamil Nadu will
visit this place during full moon days. We can also observe a Stone Image of
Jain Thirthankar at this ancient Jain Temple. This temple was built in the
hilly region located at central part of Tamil Nadu.
