Arulmigu Kadu Hanumantharaya swamy temple is one of the Ancient temples in Dharapuram. People believe that, they get rid of all problems, after praying to this god.




In the line distinguished Paramahamsa established by the illustrious saint, philosopher, Sri Madhwacharya, there appeared in the 15th century Sri Vyasa Thirtha (1447-1539 AD) a saint par excellence who late become the royal preceptor of king Krishna Devaraya on the most enlightened and benevolent rules of Vijayanagar empire.




It is believed that this temple is one of the nine important sacred shrines for the Madhwa community. The small temple has an impressive entrance arch erected during the year 2002. Immediately after entering the temple you can see the sannidhis of Seetha and Rama on the left and directly opposite on the right side of entry path is the Sannidhi of Poojya Raghavendra. 




Crossing this Sannidhi, you enter to the Sannidhi of Kadu Hanumantharaya Swamy with the idol  installed by Sri Vyasa Theertha. The Swamy's right hand blesses the devotees and left hand carries the flower Sowganthi.

Connectivity
The Temple is located at Dharapuram at a distance of 78 Kms from Erode by bus and it will take 1hr and 40 minutes via Kangeyam. Dharapuram can be reached from Erode, Kangeyam, Palani, Tiruppur and Coimbatore by road and also it is 80 kms from the Coimbatore airport.  Distance from Palani is 32 kms, from Tiruppur 55 kms.
By Road:
The Temple is situated in the Heart of Dharapuram Town. The temple is further 3 kms from the Bus stand and towards Palani route. Mini Buses and autos are the other means of transport from Dharapuram bus stand.
By Train:
Tirupur Railway junction is located at a distance of 54 Kilometers.
By Air:
Nearest Airport is located at Coimbatore at a distance of 80 Kilometers.
